Meccha Chameleon Camouflage Studio
A free, in-browser camouflage tool for Meccha Chameleon. Paste a screenshot, pose your chameleon, sample the wall colours and instantly see how hidden you really are — then copy the exact HEX/HSV into the game.
"Background camo" paints each body part with the wall/floor behind it. Switch to "Manual paint" to colour parts and drag the strength slider.

Score = average colour difference vs. the background behind you (0 = invisible).
How to use the Camouflage Studio
- 1
Load your scene
Upload a screenshot or paste one with Ctrl/Cmd+V. A sample room loads by default so you can try it immediately.
- 2
Pose the chameleon
Pick a preset pose or drag the green joint handles and the yellow root handle to match how you want to hide.
- 3
Match the colours
Use "Background camo" to paint each body part with the wall behind it, or switch to "Manual paint" and use the eyedropper to sample a surface.
- 4
Read your stealth score
The hunter-view score shows the average colour difference between you and the background. Lower is better — aim for "nearly invisible".
- 5
Export and copy in-game
Export the PNG to keep your plan, and copy the sampled HEX/HSV values into the game to paint your real chameleon.
Why it stays in your browser
Everything here is deterministic canvas code — there is no AI server and no upload. Your screenshot is processed entirely on your device, which is faster and keeps any Steam names or chat in the image private.
Camouflage Studio FAQ
- Does the Camouflage Studio upload my screenshot?
- No. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Screenshots you load never leave your device and are not sent to any server.
- Is this an in-game overlay or cheat?
- No. It is a planning tool for screenshots you already captured. It does not read the game, does not overlay anything in real time, and cannot be used while playing.
- Will the exported image look exactly like the game?
- It is a concept preview. Use it to plan colours, pose and position — the real in-game result depends on how you paint your chameleon manually.
